Surprisingly, one of the most enduring of these small titles is “Blood Bowl,” which since its original release back in 1986 has managed to continually attract a dedicated fanbase with the game currently receiving a fifth edition. No doubt best known for “Warhammer” and its futuristic counterpart “Warhammer 40,000,” over the years, they’ve produced a number of smaller skirmish-style games, which varied greatly in quality from the great ( Necromunda, Gorkamorka, Space Hulk) and the not so great, such as Inquisitor, with its oversized models, which of course didn’t work with the masses of terrain you made for your other games, and the “Lord of the Rings” tie in games, which essentially required you to remortgage your house so you could re-enact the Battle of Helms Deep on your kitchen table. Since being founded in 1975, Games Workshop has held a strong foothold on the tabletop gaming market. You will be 100x happier, take my word for it (I've played Blood Bowl on tabletop for 15+ years and have completed BB1 campaign mode with every race).Blood Bowl 2 is a turn-based sports video game where humans compete against fantasy creatures in a version of American football. Buy this game ONLY if you hate money or love supporting that guy at your office who does nothing, is capable of doing barely more than nothing, and claims credit for everything, because THAT is the group of people who developed this game.
BLOOD BOWL 2 BEST RACE PC
This is the ultimate example of "Hey, we own this IP, how can we squeeze the most money out of morons who aren't paying any attention? No no no, don't worry about quality, just put brighter colors, bigger text, and SAY that you made a better version, they'll never notice the difference" (oh PS, they apparently think PC gamers are dumber than they are hint: we're not). Not saying BB1 had the best interface, but at least it never claimed that its interface would blow minds left and right the way these jerk developers did. Instead, they cut out ohhhh, about half of the teams that WERE previously available, they decimated the primary game mode (campaign it's now HUMANS ONLY), and the "updated" UI is a joke.

If they had JUST kept everything Blood Bowl 1 Chaos Edition was and expanded with the nicer graphics and the extra tidbits of customization (stadium, jerseys, etc.), this game would've been pretty great. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the latent rage you'll feel towards whatever short bus developers were put in charge of Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the latent rage you'll feel towards whatever short bus developers were put in charge of creating this game.
BLOOD BOWL 2 BEST RACE FULL
These developers can go to hell … Full Review » But they spent their resources on making **** that shouldn't be in the game. I wont complain about all the races not being included, because I can understand how expensive it is to make one race.
BLOOD BOWL 2 BEST RACE TV
Instead of focussing on making stupid "madden like football experience", with goal posts and TV cameras etc in the game, maybe the developers should of focussed on making things which SHOULD be in the game. Why do certain races such as high elves feel unfinished with poor animations? and so on.

Why is the dice log impossible to read without a magnifying glass? 9. Why is the dice log clipping into the graphic beside it? 8. Why are there only human cheerleaders, regardless of race or stadium? 7. Why are advert flag banners on the sideline rotating into different adverts? so out of place in warhammer 6. Why can't you turn subtitles off? I have commentary subtitles with no commentators 5. Why don't players change appearance on level up like the first game, to help identify the badass? 4. Why are there goal posts in the game which obscure the field of play, when you dont kick goals? 3. Why are there no options to customize anything? 2. Compared to the first game, this is crap with pretty graphics. Why are there no options to customize anything?Ģ.
